| Put the finishing touches on the mold pre-silicon today. You can see that I have used a piece of foam core board to provide the base level for the seam. I then painstakingly sculpted clay to fill in any gaps where silicon may seep in. The claying process alone took at least 6 hours. I then pressed in round top hex bolts as registration keys, sealed the box, and poured in the first half of silicon. I am excited to pour the other half tomorrow! |
